In a recent post on the bands official website www.limpbizkit.com, frontman Fred Durst announced that their impending remix album, which is currently due out on November 20th through Flip/Interscope, will be titled "Limp Remizkit". Along with the title, Fred also announced the tentative list of guests set to contribute remixes of the bands tracks and they include DJ Premier, Timbaland, P Diddy, The Neptunes, Josh Abraham and William Orbit, along with tracks done by Fred himself, band guitarist Wes Borland and band DJ DJ Lethal. A few guest appearances are also expected, including the likes of Bubba Sparxxx, 8-Ball and E-40, along with a few more as of yet unannounced "special surprise guests". Other points of interest include the bands upcoming DVD release, which according to Fred:
"will have all the ill home footage from the beginning till now, all the videos, new remix versions of the videos, never seen takes from the videos, hidden passage ways to unseen video, hidden levels almost impossible to find with even more private footage, dope screensavers, and wallpapers. its gonna be the illest dvd experience yet to date."
A release date for the DVD outing has not yet been set. In the meantime, also announced was the inclusion of Deadsy frontman Elijah Blue on the upcoming rock version of the charity cover of Marvin Gaye's "What's Going On", which will also feature appearances from members of Limp Bizkit, Korn, U2, the Stone Temple Pilots and more. The track is expected to hit radio and video outlets in the coming weeks.
