StreetWise,

Tomorrow, July 30th marks the release of SNOT's "Alive." This live album
captures SNOT doing what they did best...ROCK A CROWD!!! Check out what both
Beno and Taproot's Steve Richards had to say about SNOT and their live show...

"What can I say, not enough. Words can't describe the charisma that SNOT
brought when the played live! James Lynn Strait...fu**ing STAR on and off the
stage. The guy was just so tangible. In his eyes-he was just like eveyone
else, and willing to share and touch everyone else with his love and friendship.
Thats the beauty, he didn't think he was better than anyone else, when really he
WAS. SNOT and SYSTEM came up together, so I saw first hand how the bands' had
eachothers backs like brothers-through the good times and the bad. Wow, I can
just remember the MAGIC that took place inside small venues like the Whisky or
Roxy when SYSTEM and SNOT played a show together. It was ALL ABOUT playing for
the love of it and giving the KIDS 100% of their heart! Plain and simple: SNOT
brought the fu**ing house down. They were amazing and James Lynn Strait will
leave a legacy of love and magic....... SNOT were and always will be my
boys-each and every one of them!" - BENO

"I was lucky enough to see SNOT once in Chicago years ago...they stole the show
from both (hed)p.e. and Soulfly and gained a fan forever!" - STEVE RICHARDS of
Taproot

Hey folks -
Come cheer FIXER to victory at the Battle of the Bands finals this
Wednesday at Downtime. If FIXER triumphs, our booty will include an
all-expense-paid video, and I've come up with something slick in the horror
genre: Evan and his date (the Reverend in Britney-style school-girl garb,
with requisite thong peeking out) leave a movie theater on a gloomy night
when suddenly they're waylaid by dozens of terrifying dancing ghouls. Tim
screams coquettishly, Evan becomes a prancing zombie, Vincent Price waxes
evil, and mirth and mayhem ensue. We'll need lots of extras for this (we'll
need help digging up Vincent, too), so those who come out Wednesday can sign
up to dance, to desecrate, or whatever. See you then.

FIXER
Wednesday, July 31st

What's Up StreetWise,

Everyone by now should own THE USED's self titled debut album. If you don't have
it...GO and GET IT!!! Now comes the time where we need everyone's feedback on
what you think about the record.

When you have a minute, sit down on your computer and write down a few sentences
letting us (and The Used) know what you think about the album.

We look forward to hearing from ALL of you.

You can catch The USED all summer long on the Warped Tour and the second half of
Ozzfest.
