Stewart Awakens
Godsmack have amicably parted ways with their drummer Tommy Stewart. Band frontman Sully Erna commented on the split saying:
"Tommy is a great guy and a tremendous drummer, we wish him all the success in the world. ... He deserves it."
No replacement for Stewart has been named as of yet. At present, the group are hard at work on their upcoming new album which they plan to release through Republic/Universal early next year.
What band doesn't lose a member?
