At present, the band have 7 rough song skeletons completed and are expected to hit the studio to begin tracking sometime in the coming months. Band drummer Chris Adler recently commented on the new material and the bands writing process stating:
"We want to spend the time making sure the next record is everything we want it to be. Every time we write, we push ourselves over our own limits. We aren't interested in rehashing the same CD, finishing songs in the studio or taking 5 minutes to write some sing-songy crap for MTV. Our next album will be a purposeful testament to the ability of the five members in this band to push each other beyond any and all current limitations. We are going to work very hard not to dissapoint ourselves, or you. It will be pure American metal at it's very best."
