Get well soon Sharon Osbourne!

Sharon Osbourne has been diagnosed with a
treatable form of cancer. Mrs. Osbourne
underwent surgery this afternoon and is
expected to make a full recovery. She has
the loving support of her husband and three
children who are by her side at this time.

As a result, the first two dates of Ozzfest 2002:
July 6th in Bristow, VA and
July 7th in Burgettstown, PA
have been postponed.
Details on the re-scheduling of these dates
will follow shortly.

According to quotes from a recent interview with Killswitch Engage bassist Mike D’Antonio located here, Killswitch Engage have now lined up Howard Jones from Blood Has Been Shed as their new vocalist. The interview also goes onto confirm that former frontman Jesse Leach did in fact quit the band and in all likelihood will not be coming back.

The Last finger Pt.2
finger eleven have been debuting a handful of new tracks during their live performances as of late, tentative track titles include:
"The Last Scene Of Suffering"
"Panic Attack"
"Other Light"
"Sad Exchange"
The songs are expected to show up on the groups forthcoming new album which they are expected to begin recording later this year with an early 2003 release through Wind-Up being planned.

Plaguing England
Slipknot have set a tentative October 01st release date through Roadrunner/Island/Def Jam for their forthcoming live DVD release. The effort will contain a live set the band played in London, ENG back this past February among other things.
