Tribunal War
Former PRP Band Of The Month Swift have now signed a contract with Tribunal Records and will be releasing their long awaited new album "Waging War" through the label on July 23rd. The effort is however expected to be made available for purchase at the bands live shows beginning in late June.

No Kush Till January
The Kush Project, a group which features members of the Deftones and Cypress Hill along with former members of Fear Factory, are now planning a January 2003 release for their upcoming debut effort which was completed earlier this year.

Fast Engine
Haste will be posting the video for their track "Engine" on their official website, www.hastemusic.com, later this week. In other news, the group are slated to join the upcoming Bloodlet, Skycamefalling and Atreyu tour beginning on June 30th through till Hellfest (July 12th-14th) and have also been tapped to play this years Monsterfest (July 05th-July 06th). Plans are also in the works for a run of dates with Codeseven and Atreyu sometime after Hellfest though no official decision has been made as of yet. In the meantime, the band recently completed mixing 4 new demos, track titles include:
"The Death Of Stars Like The Sun"
"Irish Holidays In The 48th"
"Asparatame"
"Revenge Tastes Like Blood And Broken Teeth"
A few of the songs will be played live at their upcoming shows.

Soulsick
Skullsick Nation recently recorded 3 new tracks with Roy Mayorga of Soulfly producing and plan to hit the studio with him once again to track some more new material later this year.

Broken Preview
Breaking Benjamin have posted a 3 song preview of their upcoming Hollywood debut album "Saturate" online here. The effort is due out in stores on August 27th.

MMVA Performers Announced
Just to remind you one more time, the 2002 MMVA Awards party goes down Sunday, June 16, 2002, LIVE Across North America. Red Carpet Arrivals begin at 7:30pm ET and the big show starts at 9pm ET. Today is a big day as well because at last we’re unveiling the list of awesome performers and guests for this year’s MMVAs.

Best International Video - Artist Nominee Shakira will be performing along with Lil' Bow Wow who is also a Best International Video - Artist nominee. Best International Video - Group nominees Puddle Of Mudd is also on the bill. Canadian newcomer Avril Lavigne will be hitting the stage as will Canada’s biggest rockers Nickelback who have a total of eight MMVA nominations. Four time nominees Sum 41 will also be joining us as will six time nominees Swollen Members, joined by Moka Only of course.

There are going to be lots of guest on hand on June 16th as well. We will be joined by Korn, David Boreanaz from Angel, Nicholas Brendon from Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Default, model Shalom Harlow, Kristin Kreuk from Smallville , Glenn Lewis, Amanda Marshall, Mandy Moore, Our Lady Peace, Antonio Sabato Jr. , Will Sasso from MADtv, Sloan, David Usher plus The NHL's Jerome Iginla, Anson Carter and Cassie Campbell from the Canadian Women's Gold Medal Olympic Hockey Team.
