Save MTVX!

MTVX was the only channel to play 24/7 rock videos with no commercials. On May 1st, it was replaced with MTVJams: rap- hip hop- & r n b.

They used to play awesome videos from the past several rock decades. It was not an uncommon thing to see Vision of Disorder, Cold, and Pearl Jam within fifteen minutes.

Please... support rock & sign the petition to bring MTVX back.

There's enough rap on MTV2.

Candiria have been forced to cancel their European dates with The Dillinger Escape Plan, a statement was issued by the band on the matter and is as follows:
"Candiria is heading back to the U.S. after an aborted circuit of dates in West Germany with The Dillinger Escape Plan. A stalwart attempt by the band to hold fast in London in order to play two scheduled headlining dates sponsored by Kerrang Magazine in London became financially unfeasible and the band was forced to cut their losses and return to New York.
Lucky Candiria fans got to see the band on 5 headline dates across the U.K., including a London show at Camden Palace . Although Candiria joined The Dillinger Escape Plan tour with Rabies Caste for a successful show in The Netherlands, and another in Hannover, Germany, The Berlin gig proved to be the tour's undoing, with conflicting show times, lack of promotion and ultimately a lack of confidence in the tour on the part of the powers behind it--all contributed to the decision to pull the plug on the rest of the tour.
Candiria deeply regrets not being able to play the rest of the shows. Thanks to all the fans that came out to support this tour."

The European release of Skindred's upcoming RCA debut "Babylon" has been pushed back to June 03rd. In other news, the group will be headlining a U.K. tour with Vacant Stare supporting shortly and have also been added to the U.K. Ozzfest.

I just lost one of my best friends a couple of weeks ago... my creative partner and my band all in one fell swoop. So, ya' know, I'm dealing with it by moving on, and I don't know how I'm gonna do that, but I'll get through it."
