Rob Zombie Suing Mazda
Its taken two years but justice is near. Rob Zombie learned Mazda was using his music to sell trucks two years ago and became furious. After years of preliminary court proceedings, the resulting lawsuit against Mazda and The Doner ad Agency is now just beginning, in July. According to undercover.com, Zombie said Mazda is not taking the use of the Hellbilly Deluxe music seriously. Mazda takes it so lightly like, Oh, whatever. The focus of the trial will basically be whether the music was stolen intentionally or by accident, by Mazda or the ad agency. Zombies motivation for the trial is based on reputation. Someone like Britney Spears doesnt have any integrity to maintain so it doesnt matter shes a corporate puppet from the get-go. But for people who arent, its different, said Zombie.
