Extra Extra Sum 41 Wants You!
Ajax Ontario natives Sum 41 want you to be in their next video. The boys from the band will be in Toronto next week for a video for the song �Choruses� of the soundtrack for the upcoming movie, �Spider-Man� starring Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst. The soundtrack will be released on April 23, 2002. So if you want a chance to be in the video, the shoot will take place Wednesday March 20th at The Opera House in downtown Toronto that�s 735 Queen Street East. Come as you are, but Sum 41 t-shirts are definitely not discouraged. If your 18 or over show up at 10 am for your chance at fame (but no fortune). In other Sum 41 news, on March 26th, Sum 41 will release the DVD �Introduction to Destruction (Video Treats to Move Yo Feets)�, which features live footage, backstage antics and all of the band's videos.

Manson Inside The Studio
Can�t wait to hear the new material from Marilyn Manson, well you don�t have to wait any longer. Manson has posted video clips and photos from the recording sessions of his upcoming album. All the clips can be found on his official website at In an interview with Manson said that he would likely reveal the name of the follow up to 'Holy Wood (In The Shadow Of The Valley Of Death)' early next week. The CD is said to be coming out sometime in September. Manson also revealed some details about the sound of the new disc saying, �the album will be a hard and violent mix of industrial-strength punk vaudeville with 30s Berlin cabaret decadence.�

You Say You Want A Revolution
Adbusters is a not-for-profit, reader-supported magazine designed to combat the commercial �evils.� And they want your protest songs for a CD for an upcoming issue of the magazine that will have an accompanying CD with 12 to 15 protest songs. The issue will also feature an article, exploring the history of the protest song. The magazine also wants your input as to what you would like to hear on the compilation.
