Video Fever at Roadunner:
- Ill Nino's "What Comes Around" is up and it's amazing. From the man who
brought you videos by Papa Roach, POD and many more.
- Slipknot's "My Plague" video is complete, just awaiting the final master.
Actually, by the time you get this email, the video could very well be up on our
site. If not it will be soon, so keep checking.
- Coal Chamber's "Fiend". It's a wrap. The video finished shooting this past
Monday. Coal Chamber were actually jamming in the same garage that was home to
the Munster's years back (1313 Mockingbird Land...ever watch Nick at Night? it's
true). Final video to be in come the end of April. DARK DAYS out May 7th. Oh,

Eva Video - Exclusive Preview (Album and DVD Release set for Late Spring 2002)
The band has been hard at work on their the new album and the DVD (scheduled release - late spring 2002). This special release DVD will also offer exclusive Orgy music videos, edited by Orgy drummer Bobby Hewitt. These videos, including the masterpiece "Eva", are only available on this special release DVD. Watch an exclusive preview of the video "Eva" now - Click Here (mpeg format). Footage was acquired during the last tour, at the House of Blues in Chicago. In addition to live performance footage, the DVD will also feature the band's previously released videos.

Tapping God
Taproot are nearing the completion of the recording process for their upcoming new album, "Welcome", with producer Toby Wright (Korn, Alice In Chains). At present, the band have 3 songs done and are currently finishing up tracking the vocals and guitars. 16 songs in total are being recorded, tentative track titles include:

"Kevin Spacey"
The band have tentatively lined up both Jeff Turzo of God Lives Underwater and Chino Moreno of the Deftones to guest appear on the effort, which is slated to be mixed by Andy Wallace (Faith No More, System Of A Down) in the coming months and is expected out in August/September through Velvet Hammer/Atlantic.

Comic Machine
Chaos! Comics are currently working on an upcoming Static-X comic book based on the band. More information is expected to be released shortly. In related news, the band are currently at home in Los Angeles, CA rehearsing and working on some as of yet unannounced studio projects, with plans to embark on a few radio shows and a headlining tour throughout April and May.

Bother Corey
Slipknot frontman Corey Taylor recently hit the studio to record a new song entitled, "Bother". The track is expected to show up on the upcoming "Spiderman" Soundtrack, though no official plans have been set as of yet.

Trent Reznor: We kick off our New Orleans special with Nine Inch Nails guru Trent Reznor, who has called the gothic city home for years. George spoke to Trent in his home studio, about the just where he felt he fit into the big picture as he prepared the release of his live album 'And All That Could Have Been'.


The Lostprophets have confirmed via their official website, that they will be appearing on both the U.K. and U.S. legs of this years Ozzfest Tour.

Platinum Dance
System Of A Down's 1998 self-titled debut has now been certified platinum in the U.S. by the R.I.A.A.

Giving Metal
Adema's self-titled Arista debut has now been certified gold in the U.S. by the R.I.A.A. In other news, the band are heavily rumored to be appearing on the Main Stage of this years Ozzfest bill.

Motograter have signed a development deal with Roadrunner Records and are in the process of working on new material with producer Ross Hogarth (Coal Chamber, Motley Crue). The band, who initially received attention after being taken under the wing of Coal Chamber frontman Dez Fafara, are rumored to have also been working with guitarist Neil Godfrey of Ultraspank/Downthesun fame as of late. It is unknown as of yet if Godfrey is still a member of Downthesun or not.

Blink And You Missed It
Word came out yesterday that Blink 182�s Mark Hoppus is indeed alive moments after internet and radio station reports claimed he was dead. In fact Hoppus was at home in California eating pancakes at the time according to the band�s web site. The fake report claimed Hoppus and his bodyguard were shot dead in his Florida home. The first warning sign should have been that Mark doesn�t even live in Florida. Blink 182 head out on their �Pop Disaster Tour on April 17th. Blink will share headlining duty with Greenday. Both Jimmy Eat World and Saves The Day will split the opening slot. The only Canadian date so far is June 7th in Toronto.

Silverchair Setback
There is strange news coming out of the Silverchair camp. Seems like singer Daniel Johns is suffering from a strange extremely painful virus that causes swelling in the joints; in his case, his knees. John�s condition was reached a point where he can�t walk or even stand on his own. Never fear though, doctors say Daniel�s condition is not life threatening and will resolve itself with treatment and rest. No word on whether gal pal Natalie Imbruglia will help nurse him back to health.
