Slayer Brings Back The Old
Chronic elbow trouble is forcing drummer Paul Bostaph to retire from legendary metal band Slayer. He's out and Slayer's original drummer and founding member Dave Lombardo will rejoin them for this tour. Dave left Slayer after 1991's Decade Of Aggression citing personnel conflicts but he appears psyched and ready to roll out on the God Hates Us All tour.

Pantera Keep Busy
Eventhough the metal band Pantera may be taking some time off, it doesn't mean that the band members aren't busy. Pantera's Dimebag Darrell, Vinnie Paul and Rex Brown are working on their side project with Country icon David Allen Coe called Rebel Meets Rebel. The band members are also sifting through the tour & backstage footage for their DVD Pantera 4 which should be released in the Summer of 2002. There will also be another Down album featuring, among others, Phil from Pantera and pepper from COC. After all the members finish up with their side projects the band is going to focus on their sixth major-label release.
