Soulfly are currently working on new material for their next effort for Roadrunner/Universal. However, it is unknown as of yet when the band will hit the studio to begin recording it.

Down To Ozzbourne...

Ozzy Osbourne has lined up the tentative list of tracks set to show up on his forthcoming new album "Down To Earth", which is due out through Epic on October 16th. It is as follows:

"Facing Hell"

In other news, MTV will be airing a 30 minute special on Ozzy on September 16th which will be followed by the debut of the recently filmed video for his current single "Gets Me Through". VH1 are also slated to shoot some more footage with Ozzy for an extended version of his "Behind The Music" episode, which they plan to air in October.

Linkin Park have firmed up the track listing for their upcoming U.K. Single release of the song "In The End", which is due out on October 01st. It will be released on both DVD and two different CD's, all of which shape up as follows:

Deft Rock Pt.2...

The Deftones are heavily rumored to hit the studio with producer Mudrock (Godsmack, Powerman 5000) to track 2 new songs in the coming weeks. It is expected that they will show up on upcoming soundtracks. Meanwhile, the bands show with Godsmack and more, which was set to take place on September 06th in Charlotte, NC has been canceled. In other news, it now looks as though the Deftones will be performing together with Liz Phair at an upcoming breast cancer benefit, set to take place at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles, CA on October 27th. Other notable collaborations being planned include a pairing of Crazy Town with Sugar Ray.
