Korn are now expected to release their fifth studio album in January/February 2002. Korn singer Jonathan Davis is currently in a Vancouver B.C. studio writing lyrics and tracking vocals for the effort. Korn's new album is being produced by Michael Beinhorn (Marilyn Manson).

The Pledge Of Allegiance Tour, which will feature Slipknot/System Of A Down, Rammstein, Mudvayne, American Head Charge and No One has taken shape, with a new list of confirmed dates being released. The trek is slated to kick off on September 14th and run through till Halloween, October 31st. No One will open the tour from September 14th through till October 07th, where American Head Charge will then take over the opening slot through till the tours culmination.

Kittie are nearing the completion of the recording process for their forthcoming new album "Oracle", which is due out through Artemis on October 30th. 11 tracks in total are expected to show up on the effort. In the meantime, the group have announced a one off live show, it is as follows:
August 18th Vancouver, BC - Thunderbird Stadium (Edgefest)
Dope have set a tentative September 18th release for their forthcoming new album "Life", however it is more than likely that the effort will land in stores through Flip/Epic sometime in October/November. The track "Now Or Never" has been tapped as the first single off of the effort and is slated to impact at radio on September 18th.
