Mindless System Indulgence
Mindless Self Indulgence are now expected to release their long awaited new album during this coming spring / summer through an as of yet unannounced Warner Bros. imprint label headed up by No Name kingpin Steve Richards. More info is expected shortly. In other news, recent rumors heavily suggest that the band will be appearing on the upcoming System Of A Down, Clutch U.S. Tour, which is due to kick off in mid-February. The band are expected to join the bill by request of System Of A Down frontman Serj Tankian, who is said to enjoy the band immensely. In the meantime, the band are expected to release both a maxi-single for the tracks "2 Hookers And An 8 Ball/Ultrasex" and an album from their side project, The Left Rights, in the coming months through Uppity Cracker.

Jerry Runs
Roadrunner Records have now confirmed that Jerry Cantrell of Alice In Chains fame will be releasing his new solo album through the label in May. The effort is expected to be a collection of around 14 songs of the 25 which he initially tracked for a double album he planned to release dubbed, "Degradation Trip" Vol. 1 And 2. At present no title has been chosen for the forthcoming new effort, though rumors suggest that the full double album may be released some time later down the line through the label as well.

Seek And Soul
Soulfly are nearly done tracking their forthcoming new album, which is as of yet untitled. Currently the band have around 10 tracks done with a handful of b-sides completed as well. Tracks tentatively set to show up on the album include:
"Downstroy"
"Enterfaith"
"Seek And Strike"
"Last Of The Mohicans"
"Brazil"
"Soulfly III"
While b-sides include:
"I Will Destroy" (Pailhead Cover)
"One Nation" (Sacred Reich Cover)
And a cover of a Chico Science track. At present no announcement has been made as to who will mix the album, though a May release through Roadrunner/Island/Def Jam is being eyed. In related news, more dates have been added to the bands upcoming trek Static-X, SOiL and Onesidezero, they are as follows:
February 12th Chicago, IL - Riviera Theatre
February 14th Cleveland, OH - Agora Theatre
February 15th Cincinnati, OH - Bogart's
February 17th Columbus, OH - Newport Music Hall
February 19th Providence, RI - Lupo's Heartbreak Hotel

Lovehatepaparoach
Papa Roach have set, "Lovehatetragedy", as the title to their forthcoming new album, which they are currently working on in Los Angeles, CA with producer Brendan O'Brien. The effort is due out in June through Dreamworks and tracks tentatively set to show up include:
"Explosive Energy Movement"
"Time And Time Again"
"The Heart Of Darkness"
"Sid"
"Born With Nothing, Die With Everything"
"Black Clouds"
"Code Of Energy"
"Decompression Period"
"She Loves Me Not"
The band also plan to include a reworked version of their older track, "Walking Through Barbwire", on the effort as well. The cut was previously recorded on a demo the band had done back when they were still independent.

Through The Scorpion
FLAW have confirmed that the track, "Whole", will be used as the second single from their latest release, "Through The Eyes". The song is set to impact at radio in February. In other news, their track, "Only The Strong", is now set to show up on the forthcoming soundtrack to, "The Scorpion King", which is now due in stores on March 26th through Universal.
