Morning Viewing A DVD
Incubus will be releasing a 90 minute DVD dubbed "Morning View Sessions" sometime early next year. The effort will chronicle their recent live performance which took place on October 23rd at Sony Studios in New York, NY. For now, edited versions of the show will be broadcast on MTV and MTV2, beginning today, Wednesday, November 07th. For exact air times, check out the bands official website at

New Heights
Spineshank have been busy in an Los Angeles, CA area rehearsal studio recently, demoing new material for their next effort. Currently, the group have written 4-5 tracks without vocals and are expected to continue working on new material for the next month or two. No recording date or producer has been lined up for the outing as yet, though it is expected to see a release sometime in summer 2002 through Roadrunner/Island/Def Jam. In related news, the bands track "New Disease" will be featured in the soundtrack to the upcoming Playstation 2 videogame "Shaun Palmer's Pro Snowboarder", due in stores next week.

Start With A Bush
Vex Red are tentatively set to open for Bush on their upcoming European trek later this month. At present, Vex Red's forthcoming Ross Robinson (Korn, Slipknot) produced debut, "Start With A Strong And Persistent Desire", is set for a release early next year through I AM/Virgin.

Gangster Dreams
According to Korn bassist Fieldy's upcoming side project "Fieldy's Dreams", will release its debut offering "Rock N Roll Gangster" through Epic on January 22nd. The rumored track listing for the effort, which is expected to be more hip-hop oriented, is as follows:

The track "Are You Talkin' To Me", which features Korn bandmate Jonathan Davis, has been lined up as the first single from the release, and is tentatively set to impact at radio this week.

A Sick Prayer
Disturbed are said to have been playing a new song entitled "Pray" on their current Music As A Weapon Tour. Apparently, the song is based around a conversation between band frontman David Draiman and god. At present, the group are expected to hit the studio late this year / early next year to begin work on their new album, which is set for a late spring / early summer release through Giant/Warner.

Live Pain
Kittie are tentatively set to shoot a live video for their track "Pain" at the November 24th Detroit, MI stop of their current Oracle Tour, which also features Dry Kill Logic, Ill Ni�o and Mind War Symphony. The groups new album "Oracle" is currently on track for a November 13th release through Artemis.

New Old Download
Limp Bizkit have posted a download of a new song from their forthcoming remix album "New Old Songs", and will continue to post a new track each week leading up to its release. You can check out this weeks track here, while the album itself will land in stores on December 04th through Flip/Interscope

We Have Come For Your Figs
Amen have parted ways with guitarist Paul Fig, a statement was issued on the matter and is as follows:
"Amen regret to announce that guitarist Paul Fig is no longer with the group,� reads the statement. "It is an amicable decision, and Amen, who are currently in the studio recording their third album with producer Ross Robinson will be looking for a replacement. Any guitarists that fancy their chances should send tapes (marked Amen) to Fiona Collett, Freeze Management, 82 Romulus Court, Brentford Dock, Brentford, Middx. TW8 8QJ."
At present, the group are currently hard at work on their forthcoming new album in L.A. with producer (Slipknot, Korn). A release early next year through I AM/Virgin is being eyed.

2000 Years Of Bile
gODHEAD have replaced former drummer James O'Connor with Tom Z, formerly of Bile.

Eat The Dumb
Eat The Day, the new group fronted by former Limp Bizkit guitarist Wes Borland, will be working on new material at Borland's own L.A. based home studio throughout the remainder of the year and are expected to officially begin recording their debut effort with producer Ross Robinson (Slipknot, Korn) in January. A release mid next year is expected and the band are also planning to tour in support of the effort, followed by studio sessions for both of Borland's other side projects, BigDumbFace and Goatslayer.

What Is My Loco
Loco recently shot a video for their track "What Is My Name" in Winnipeg, MB. The clip is currently in post-production and is expected to begin airing on Muchmusic in early December.
