Coal Salvation
Coal Chamber re-titled their forthcoming new album to, "The Dark Salvation". The mixing of the effort was completed over the weekend with the albums producer, Ross Hogarth (Motley Crue), and a tentative February 26th release date through Roadrunner/Island/Def Jam has been set.

Wow... first 'Dark Days', then 'Salvation', and now 'Dark Salvation'? Whats next? 'Dark Salvation Days'? *LOL*

Video I Always Wanted
Kittie have posted the video for their new single "What I Always Wanted" on their official website, http://www.kittie.net . The track comes from the groups forthcoming new album "Oracle", due out on November 13th through Artemis.

I will have to take a look at that video when i get home.. stupid school computers have everything blocked!

Newshroomhead
2 newly re-mixed tracks from Mushroomhead's forthcoming Universal re-release of their outing "XX" have been posted here ( http://www.totalassault.com/bands/mushroomhead.htm ). The album is due in stores on December 04th.

I will have to check that out when i get home.. i was once told that Slipknot is just a copy of Mushroomhead but i don't really think so.. i (and maybe yourself) will have to look into them.

Casey Kinison
Amen frontman Casey Chaos recently produced material for Illinois based act, The Kinison. For more information, check out their official website located here ( http://www.geocities.com/kinisonband ). In related news, Casey is currently accepting demos from bands "who are looking to further their exposure", for more information, check out the Amen's official website at http://www.comaamerica.com . At present, Amen are hard at work on their upcoming new album with producer Ross Robinson (Korn, Slipknot). A release early next year through I AM/Virgin is being eyed.

The song 'Price Of Reality' by Amen rocks!

Powerdown
Powerman 5000 are heavily rumored to have parted ways with bassist Dorian Heartsong and drummer Al Pahanish. Though no official statement has been released on the matter yet, various sources, including Metal Hammer, have confirmed their departure. At present, the band are said to be working on new material for the release of their forthcoming new album "Anyone For Doomsday?, which is due out early next year through Dreamworks.

Man... thats shocking news.. HA!

Nostein
Rammstein have dropped off of the remaining dates of the Pledge Of Allegiance Tour, which features Slipknot, System Of A Down, No One and American Head Charge. No reason has been given.

Whats up with that?

Cocky Kids
Kid Rock's video for his new single "Forever" is set to premiere on MTV's "Making The Video" on November 08th and will also air on TRL the following day, November 09th. The track comes from his forthcoming new album "Cocky", due out November 20th through Lava/Atlantic.

Why am i posting this? If that song is not heavy i am going to be pissed!

Methodical
According to a recent posting on the bands official website http://www.methodsofmayhem.com , the band have wrapped up their forthcoming sophomore outing and are planning to release it in March through MCA, with a single and video beginning to air in late February.

I think the Methods Of Mayhem are a bunch of crap...

i don't think mushroomhead and slipknot have anything in common besides the masks and the excessive members.
